Designated Sip was born on a rainy afternoon in Lincoln Park when two moms—Annie and Justine—took their kids to the local farmer’s market. As we wandered through the stalls, we both reached for a lemonade… and had the same thought: “Is this it?”
That casual craving turned into a bigger conversation. In another lifetime, we joked, we’d be the ones behind the stand—serving not just any drink, but something more elevated. Something refreshing, fun, and flavor-forward. Something made for everyone, not just those sipping spirits.
We noticed a gap: the beverage scene at markets, fairs, and festivals was full of the same old iced tea and basic lemonade. Where was the premium, non-alcoholic option for people who wanted something a little more special?
That’s when the idea sparked—and Designated Sip was born.
We created a mobile mocktail bar that serves up classic flavors with a modern twist. Whether we're rolling up to a local festival, popping up at a wedding, or bringing a touch of luxury to a birthday party, our mission is simple:
